Ms. Brown and Ms. McKenzie, sole proprietors, live locally and are ordained through the American Marriage Ministries which believe that marriage is a sacred bond and religious ritual to be cherished and respected by the people and the state.
BIOGRAPHIES
Kathryn A. McKenzie
Kathryn is a nurse by training and holds a graduate degree in healthcare administration. She has many years of experience in surgical nursing and was instrumental in opening and directing two ambulatory surgery centers as well as one of the first public/private initiatives in the country for breast cancer services. Kathryn also was responsible for national and international oncology initiatives and has been dedicated to several non-profit cancer organizations.
She resides in Rehoboth Beach with her husband.
Barbara A. Brown
Barbara has a Masters of Social Work degree and an impressive career at the State of Delaware, working in the areas of health care and children and family services.
She also has experience working with many non-profit organizations in Delaware, helping them with annual running and walking events which are important fund raisers.
Barbara and her husband live in Rehoboth Beach.
